BOYA BY-MM1 is an entry-level, ultra-compact directional shotgun microphone designed to significantly improve video audio compared to built-in camera or smartphone microphones. Constructed with a durable aluminum metal body, it mounts directly onto hot-shoe mounts or tripods and runs completely battery-free via plug-and-play operation.

It includes both a 3.5mm TRS cable (for cameras) and a 3.5mm TRRS cable (for smartphones/laptops), along with an anti-vibration shock mount and a professional furry windscreen (deadcat).
